Chief Instructor Sifu Colin Greaney
Sifu Colin’s martial arts background started at the age of nine when he took up Judo.
With an immediate passion and love for martial arts Colin achieved a black belt and won a British Judo title in 1982.
Being a life long fan of Bruce Lee, Colin decided to research the history of his Martial Arts, discovering that Bruce Lee was a practitioner of Wing Chun Kung Fu and a student of Grandmaster Yip Man.
Colin’s Wing Chun path began in 1995 when he started training under Sifu Victor Kan who is direct disciple of Grandmaster Yip Man.
After 4 years with Sifu Victor Kan and due to a location move to North London, Colin then began training with Sifu Garry McKenzie.
In 2003 Colin moved out of London and located to a town in Oxfordshire called Witney and started studying Wing Chun under the skilful eye of Sifu Harry Cannon who is a direct disciple of Grandmaster Samuel Kwok.
17 years later and Colin regularly meets up with Sifu Harry Cannon for private lessons to ensure that his Wing Chun stays absolute to the Yip Man ethos.
